1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the Legendary Disciple website and purchasing the “Legendary Disciple Protocol” (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. DISCLAIMER: NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

The content provided by Legendary Disciple, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and other material, is for informational and educational purposes only.

• No Professional Relationship: The founder, Adam, holds a B.A. in Psychology but is not a physician, registered dietician, physiotherapist, or medical professional.
• Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, diet, or fitness regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website.
• Voluntary Participation: By using this Service, you acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and dietary changes carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages you may sustain.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content (including the “Daily Signal,” videos, “Fast Food Survival Guide,” branding, and logos) are and will remain the exclusive property of Legendary Disciple.

• License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website. Sharing your login credentials or distributing PDF assets to non-members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. SUBSCRIPTION, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis ($29.99 CAD/USD).
• Price Lock: Active members (“Founders”) are guaranteed their initial subscription rate for as long as their subscription remains active. If you cancel and resubscribe, you will be subject to the current market price.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Member Portal.
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No Refunds: Due to the immediate digital nature of the content (videos, downloadable PDFs, access to archives), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Legendary Disciple, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Toronto, Ontario for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
